About Us:

Physical Education & Health

The Physical Education and Health Department is dedicated to helping students build the skills and habits needed for lifelong wellness. Through active, engaging experiences, students explore a wide range of fitness activities while developing strength, confidence, and teamwork. Our program encourages students to find what works best for them while introducing the fundamentals of sport, fitness, and healthy living. Beyond physical activity, students gain an understanding of how movement, nutrition, and a positive mindset contribute to overall well-being. At EWG, our goal is simple, to help every student leave with the knowledge and confidence to live an active, healthy life.
